Educational Qualification
- Project Consultant Finance, TSA: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Associate Project Consultant, TSA: Degree in any subject with MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ Rural Management. The candidate should have knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Block Thematic Expert: MBA/B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science & Engg./Information Technology/ Post-graduate in any discipline.
- Executive Assistant (Accounts): Retired SO/ Accountant/ ACFA from Punjab Govt./ Accountant General/State PSUs.
Age Limit
- Executive Assistant: The maximum age limit is 65 years.
- All others: The maximum age limit is 45 years.
Salary
- Project Consultant Finance, TSA: 60000/- per month.
- Associate Project Consultant, TSA: 35000/- per month.
- Block Thematic Expert: 30000/- per month.
- Executive Assistant (Accounts): Last pay Drawn minus pension.
Selection Process: The selection is going to be on the basis of academic qualification, experience, and interview.
