Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M along with attested copies of certificates for two posts of Senior Research Fellow @ Rs. 25000/- p. m fixed + 20% HRA in the scheme “Consortia for Research Platform (CRP) on Hybrid technology for high productivity in selected field and horticultural crops-Rice ICAR-49 (PC-2346)” for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme which ever is earlier.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc.(4 Years) in Agriculture/Biosciences with minimum OGPA 2.00/4.00 or OCPA 5.00/10.00 basis or 50 % marks
- M. Sc. in Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding & Genetics/Genetics ‘crop plants’/Biochemistry/ Botany/ Microbiology/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Plant Pathology/Plant Physiology with minimum OGPA 3.4/4.00 or OCPA 6.5/10.00 or 65 % marks
- Desirable: Experience/Research work in relevant field
*Applicants having postgraduate degree in subjects mentioned above, but having Bachelor degree with three years must have passed the NET. However, the Ph.D candidates are exempted from this condition.
*The candidates should ensure that they fulfill the qualifications by the last date of submission of application.
