Educational Qualifications:
| Project Consultants (Finance) | CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. |
| Block Mission Manager | MBA/B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology (IT)/ Post-Graduate in any discipline. |
| Associate Project Consultant TSA | Graduation in any subject with MBA/ Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/ Rural Management. The candidates should have knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint. |
| Block Thematic Expert (Social Mobilization) | Same as Block Mission Manager. |
| Block Thematic Expert (Training and Placement) | Same as Block Mission Manager. |
